  Working with Eagle Nest was an absolute pleasure! We had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy in a seller’s market. The choices were slim and moving quickly, but Mike really went out of his way to understand our budget, tastes, and needs. He picked up on our tastes very quickly and didn’t waste any time finding homes or pressing other agents for us. Moreover, my wife and I were first-time buyers, so a lot of the nuances to house-hunting (mortgages, insurance, etc.) were an overload, but Mike made the whole process seamless and very clear. He never shied away from explaining and answering our questions – he would often explain background information that really helped clarify the bigger picture around loans, taxes, or insurance. He’s been in the CA real estate world for a long time, so he has a wealth of knowledge surrounding trends, laws, taxes, or developments. He was always willing to work with any last-minute demands or requests, and he was quick to reach if we needed him. Mike was very trustworthy. We never doubted that he had our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend Eagle Nest to any friends or family that would be buying/selling in the area!

  Eagle Nest Realty helped me buy and sell my house. As a first time home buyer, it was important to me that I had someone I could trust to walk me through the process. Mike and Ted Erickson are fantastic realtors and total class acts. They walked me through every question I had and helped me get into a great home for a great price. Due to my initial positive experience with Eagle Nest, they were the first I thought of when it came time to sell. I received the same quality service my second time around. Ted even took time out of his day to help me clean up my backyard before we listed the house because he knew it would be a tough job for one person. I did not ask him to do this nor pay him for it, he just saw a problem and decided he would help. This is the kind of quality service you can expect from Eagle Nest. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and the Erickson family. Do yourself a favor and use them!!!
