      I had been looking for a bank for months to open my business account. And could never get anyone on the phone! Malden Chamber recommended it. I called the Malden branch and I got someone to talk to in seconds, 10 minutes later I was in the office opening my account and opened others for my kids. All the staff there were SO NICE! Definitely best customer service I've ever gotten in a bank!
