      Dmitry Kievsky and Jack Winogradski seemed great - at the beginning. Closer to closing their lies started to reveal. Lies, lies and lies. I’m regretting not having communication just through email to have all the evidence of their lies- but still have some.(said that appraisal will be free, then changed it that it will be reflected in mortgage credit- it wasn’t. Saying he will make our closing costs lower for home equity which we have naively believed it’s possible and one of the reasons we decided to choose them) Changing loan terms 1 week before closing to give them more money in origination fees and then yelling that our “loan is dead” if we don’t want to pay it. Until the last moment of signing we had issues and not mentioning they failed to add me as a wife in the title that until today I’m not included as one of the owners- they robbed us of our first time home buying experience that I wasn’t even at the closing! Save yourself money and sanity and don’t choose them!
