      I'm new to the area and this was my second time going to East Cooper Auto Pros. They are fantastic mechanics: knowledgable, fair, and honest. I usually wait in the lobby while they work on my car, and every interaction I've witnessed them have with a customer is friendly and genuine. I completely trust them to take care of my vehicle and not upsell me on things I don't need. I highly recommend this place! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

      Please whatever you do. Do not take your vehicle here. They charged me $800,00 for an alternator then proceeded to tell me they couldn't fix it. They towed it to dealership after telling me only the dealership could fix the problem when before dropping it off I specifically ask them if they service kids. Guy said yes no problem. He lied, stole my money then had my car towed to dealership. Wish there was more I could do about it. Please whatever you do don't take you car here. m, charh

      Dropped my truck off with East Cooper Auto pros because the dealership I purchased it from couldn’t tell me what was wrong. They diagnosed/quoted the problem and called me to let me know what it was. It was there for a couple days because they couldn’t get the part it needed but they kept me updated everyday on the status of it. My warranty also covered most of the cost of the repairs. Thanks to Bob and the crew I got the truck back and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. These guys are professionals.
