      I have my truck loan through EICU and they've made the process super easy and painless. I moved my banking over to these guys because they are local and they make you feel like family. Much better than the big banks I've been with in the past. Great staff, super friendly, extremely easy to work with.

      Fantastic customer service from all of the staff. Prompt and thorough answers for all questions. Benefits plus is a six dollar maintenance fee per month which gives you access to $600 worth of phone repairs, also provides travel and lodging rates and discounts, and a majority of the staff are familiar with the features. If you’re looking for a credit union which is personable and has loads of options this is definitely the one. Financial advisors are knowledgeable and always available for video chats. The staff at EICU are also available for a text message chats and promptly return responses!

      They are awesome, highly recommend. I went to numerous other banks attempting to set up an account. For one reason or another the other banks couldn't offer me what I needed. I was about to give up and happened at this credit union. Wow .. was I lucky! I was made to feel valued from start to end by the representative.
