      Probably the worst financial institution I have encountered. Beyond the refusal to be able to add your email address to your account and the rudeness of the customer services representatives, they seem to believe that everyone has the ability to stop their PROFESSIONAL lives to go inside their building to add an email address to your account so that you can access your own financial information online.
