I'm extremely disappointed in this company. My elderly and high risk parents closed on a piece of land earlier this week. Due to covid-19, they do not go out much and wear masks when they do. I understand that there are divided opinions on covid-19 and mask wearing, but when the client is wearing one, is elderly and asks that you were a mask and your response is "it's personal preference and I prefer not to wear one", you are putting not only yourself at risk but the client as well. Apparently, Rachel Brasher and East Texas Title, don't care about the client or the concept of customer service.
