      Dedham is a great branch of a fantastic bank.

      Century Bank was absorbed by Eastern Bank. Call wait times exceed 2.5 hours, after which they told me they were unable to transfer any amount to an external bank account without providing me reason why. When I went in to withdraw much of my balance (which requires paying a $9 fee), the teller proceeded to state the amount I was withdrawing in front of other customers. I can't imagine I'll keep this account open much longer.
