      When this bank used to be "Community Bank", I tried to simply cash a small check inside the Brockton, MA location. The check was written to me directly from my Mother (the account holder). It was for less than $100 & they refused to let me cash the check because they "hadn't seen me inside their branch before"! I said "call my Mother & ask her yourself if you are uncomfortable" & they just said "No sorry we can't help you". I was really disappointed & never went back! I had almost no Gas in my vehicle at the time too, so it made for a lousy day! They are now owned by Eastern Bank & the service is much better!
