      Worst bank ever don't waste your time! After 10 yrs I will be changing Banks immediately! It's always something if they're not communistically trying 2 force masks on people then they are closing early because of RAIN!!! Or changing their hours or policies on a whim. I'm Changing to a bank that wants my business who will stay open for me when I work late and doesn't try to force UNCONSTITUTIONAL MANDATES NOT LAWS on their customers. ✌

      My husband and I have been banking with Eastern bank for quite some time now and I have to say this branch is the only location we’ve had one bad experience after another. My husband gets paid of Fridays and can’t always make it to his normal branch in Mashpee before they close, because he’s working, so sometimes he stops in on a Saturday to cash or deposit his check in Mattapoisett. Every time he goes there the tellers make rude comments about the amount of his check, question his forms of ID and all around just make it an uncomfortable transaction. The check he gets paid with is actually drawn from Eastern bank and he has a personal account with them as well, so i’m not quite sure why the employees have such an issue processing it. We’re very disappointed as this is the only branch near our home and would be convenient if not for the unnecessary nastiness that comes with each transaction.
