      Fast & fabulous customer experience. I had the pleasure of doing business with eastern bank - seeking Mass save heat loan. The bank had a nice online application. Following the application , the branch manager (Mr.Newton_ helped me through the process. It was so breezy that the whole process took just a day. He was also very courteous and helpful in having me setup with all apps , checks & information needed. Fantastic branch & manager to do business with !
