      I went in on Saturday to open a Saving's account and the lady who helped us was not helpful. I think she got upset that I didn't open a checking account because from the moment I walked in to the moment I left there, all she asked me was for my ID and SS# and if I wanted to open a checking acct nothing else. She didn't ask how are you, no thank you, not even information on my saving's acct was given to me. She didn't even inform me if I was going to get an ATM card or even how to view my acct online. I am a Customer Service rep at another bank so I expected better service.
