      Having a property owned by this non-profit as a neighbor is no asset. The management known as ECHO does not do anything to make the neighborhood a better place. I understand their mission and wholeheartedly support that - BUT there is no excuse for not being a good neighbor. I have had to report their property located on Boswell Ave more then once for leaving bulk waste on the sidewalk.
