      Very poor communication. Very slow. The people there are extremely disorganized and will drop the ball if you don't stay right on top of them. They won't be a bank in another 5 or 10 years as they are clearly incompetent and incapable of doing business in the 21st century.

      The employees are friendly but that's the best I can say about this bank. The app works fine & is convenient unfortunately the bank itself has too many hidden fees & charges. The bank is extremely slow with processing information and they will punish you in extra fees whether it's your fault or not.
