      I have banked here for many years now. Not once have I had an issue with them trying to force products on customers. Not only that, but refinancing loans is so easy and greatly cut our interest!! Almost done paying off our car!

      Thank you for your feedback. Our card transactions are processed on a platform that processes for over 1900 financial institutions with nearly 7 billion unique transactions per year. We have a multi-layered approach to fighting fraud that is powered by data and analytics to help reduce the impact of fraud while still having 99.8% cardholder approval rates. The data analytics across all of these financial institutions and transactions helps our processer to recognize fraud trends before it happens to our own cardholders while also reducing false positive fraud transactions. However, there are high fraud trends across P2P payments (example cashapp) resulting in higher decline rates for those types of transactions. We prefer to err on the side of caution and protect our member’s funds creating lower fraud losses rather than have higher fraud rates and thereby passing those costs along to our members. We do strive to provide a good experience for our members and appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with our services.

      This bank is incredible! Refinanced my car and ended up paying less than half the interest rate I was originally paying! Love the atmosphere! The people there are super sweet! Bethany and Erin are the absolute best! Very highly recommend!
