      Moved my business account over to Eastern Michigan Bank and I am very impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. Wendy, the manager was amazing. It is so good to be back at a small town bank and not be just a number.

      I had a very poor customer service experience at THIS branch. There was only one other customer and I still waited 15 minutes. I was not even being acknowledged as being there. Two managers shot the breeze and talked about personal lives in front of me. The teller never said a word. I was doing a simple withdrawal. I have an account with Chase down the road and have never had that experIence even when they are busy. Someone needs a refresher on customer service!

      They take very good care of our business account. The employees are all very friendly and the bank definitely gives you a community feel. I have referred several business owners and several individuals and that one person has ever been disappointed with the service that they receive. I highly recommend Eastern Michigan Bank!
