Monday June 13 2016 Opening an account with a professional bank, that I will be satisfied with its service was always what I have looked for. I had so many accounts with different banks, unfortunately I wasn’t fully pleased with their service, always something has to come up, either with the maintenance fee, or overdraft charges are too high. Till one day a friend of mine referred me to Mouna Annzari Gyendouli , who works as a manager at Eastern bank located on 265 Franklin st, Boston.MA. When I went the bank just to get some information there, Mouna seemed to be very professional and knew the whole time what she was talking about and answered all my questions. I never thought I would open an account with Eastern Bank as soon as mouna told me all the advantage I would have with Eastern Bank, I opened an account with her right away and knew I could trust someone who seems to know their job and also seems to love it. even though my friend referred me to Mona and said some very highly things of her, I had just wanted to check out the offers than think about it and than I would open an account, but the day I went to see Mouna she convinced me to open account with Eastern Bank, and I could tell that Mouna loved what she does and very committed to her job and seemed like an honest person. I live in Quincy now and its easy for me to go to the eastern bank in quincy but I would rather hold on till I go to downtown franklin street to see mouna because she is the one who provides me with the help I need and answers all my questions comfortably. Now it’s been seven months that I’ve had my account with no problems and I am very satisfied with the service that the bank is providing me with. Meriam Nader
