      I applied for a loan two weeks ago. Have heard nothing. Moved my mortgage to another financial institution. Might be ok for a car loan but that’s it. Shop around.

      If I could give a zero star review I certainly would... My family has banked with ECU for over 10 years. We have had countless loans through the years whether it be auto, personal and even mortgages. We have loved banking with Eastman and have never had any issues whatsoever until our experience yesterday... Never have we had a loan officer at any bank be as rude and unprofessional as Brandi Napier at the Piney Flats branch was yesterday. We would be glad to go into details with a branch or general manager but until that happens we will take our business elsewhere.
