      ECU customer service representative Heather is exactly the one person that stands out. She is very cheerful and courteous. ECU did excellent job as having her as an employee. There was paperwork (CLARK) hasn’t received from ECU concerning a payoff so I contacted Heather and she found what the glitch was and informed me that it was taken care of and resolved in minimal time. Great job ECU for an excellent hire of Heather

      Love Eastman Credit Union,the staff there are very kind. I have a debit card with a phone app that allows you to turn the card off, or back on, you can even put a limit on how much you can spend at one time, now that is convenience. Thank you Eastman, for making my life a whole lot easier!!
