      My account was given out to family members whom were NOT on my account ever!,and it caused problems in the family. I thought privacy was one of ECU biggest concerns but not in my case. My name was the only one on this account and my step children walk right in there and my account was disclosed to them. This was as recent as the last Friday in February.
