      A rep made a mistake with my line of credit but Eastman worked to resolve it in less than two business days, which I appreciate. However, the term "payoff" should not be the same as "payoff and close" which was never a problem before, I think if accounts are going to be closed it should be very directly stated, which in most cases I would think it is.

      Incredibly rude. I was ASTONISHED to be yelled at with the words “that’s not a parking spot, put the car in a freaking parking spot” when I was parked in a parking spot which WAS PAINTED on the asphalt yet she persisted to tell me there is a no parking sign which WAS NOT THERE. I will NEVER deal with Eastman again period as this is NOT my first rude encounter

      I love ECU but avoid this branch as often as possible. Their rude they talk about clients and have flat out refused to complete tasks without explanation. This branch is terrible.
