      I bank with Powell valley because I live in Big Stone and I just can't stomach driving to duffield on a regular basis. I work two jobs. I'm posting this review because my son's dad has had nothing but good experiences from you and I have seen what customer service you offer. Is there any way you would consider opening a branch in Big Stone Gap? The New People's Bank branch just closed in town, so there is a building available here. If you came here, you would make a killing in the amount of customers you would have. Powell Valley is awesome to me,but they are a bank and not a credit union. They don't offer the same variety of services you do. I've seen what you've done for people that are rebuilding their credit, financing vehicles, and learning how to budget. You offer all of those services with a personal touch. You, actually, help people better their financial life. I heard about your bill pay accounts and business accounts, my son's dad has both. Please consider opening up a branch here. There are so many of us that are loyal to Powell Valley because they have been here forever building relationships with the town and care about their customers. Some of us need something else. There is nowhere else to go, now. Wells Fargo closed. There is a BB&T, I think A little healthy competition can make a big difference here. Please consider it.
