  I'm normally not the one to leave ugly reviews but in this case, it's a different story. I WAS a customer years ago and changed to Cash Connection. They recently closed down and sent me back to Easy Money as a referred customer. They gave me a 50% off voucher for my first visit if I take the card from Cash Connection. I did exactly that, and while completing my process with Easy Money, the young lady informed me to bring my coupon and they'll honor it. She was looking at my account and stated that I did have an account with them years ago but, they will honor the 50% voucher because I was a referred customer from another company and not a returning customer. I go to pay my loan off and present my voucher and the representative asked another for assistance. The second representative said, "We're not honoring this because you're a returning customer and not new. You were here in 2016 and that makes you returning." I stated that I was referred back to them because the other company closed, and the voucher would be honored because of that. She stated, "No, it wouldn't because you're returning to us from 2016," and walked off. So, I took the lost and paid the loan in full, after being lied to, and the representative had the nerves to ask, "So would you like to re-loan with us today?" SERIOUSLY!? No apology or nothing for lying to me, not honoring your voucher, and beating me out of $44.00? You have the audacity to ask for my continued business? Needless to say, I'm not returning there, I'll goes elsewhere and refer my friends, family, and co-workers elsewhere, Easy Money lost my business. This review gets 2 starts because the you lady that input my information the first time was sweet and professional. If it wasn't for her, Easy Money on Atlanta Highway would get the finger! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!
