  Bri is my go to at this location. She always has a great attitude and appears to enjoy what she does. I have been using them for over 2 years. They always keep me informed and are very easy to work with. Thanks to all of you for all that you do!!

  I had an account at your Lebbanon Pike location in Nashville. I lost my employment as a result of COVID19. I was in contact with the office after-the-fact; and also provided them paperwork proving that fact, and was working with them on payments. I had actually noticed unauthorized payments trying to clear my checking account, after having notified them of such and working with them. My bank researched the situation and provided me with a refund of the fees that resulted in my account, due to those unauthorized amounts. I contacted the office again this past weekend, and told them that I was attempting to make good on my account, but was told that the account had "unofficially" defaulted- that it was still in their office, but in default status. and that $800 in fees had been charged to my account on their end (from those unauthorized bank transactions.) I asked for the contact information for the area manager, but was refused that information. However, was told that a message would be given to him, that if they would be willing to adjust the fees, I would be able to take care of the debt. I called to get an update on that message today, but was told that the account has now officially "defaulted," and they saw no indication of the message that I had left.
