      I have had several auto loans through this company for many years they have always been polite. Nancy is very sweet and she has always worked with me to make sure I get payments that I can afford. Communication is key if you truly can't pay a payment just call them and they will help you. 5 star service in my book.

      I've been a customer of them before. But after seeing how the new management treats its customers go else were unless you like being treated less than a human being. I can tolerate a lot but rudeness is not one of them. I am giving a one star rating because there customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Wouldnt recommend them ever again. To no one. Really miss Mrs. Ashley. There customer services don't really deserve a one star.

      Been a long time customer of Easy pay in moultrie ga., but today was the worst service I received from New employee they hired never had I've been offended, by such rudeness and racist attitude. Hope to hear from owner Mr. Billy on my review.
