      Staff is super friendly and helpful but If you want a place that you will be able to use your money this is not the place. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I called and waited about 30 minutes to speak with a representative and then missed my deadline in which I had to have money submitted because the debit card blocks your transactions and does not let you use your money as you wish. Will be switching to another bank asap.

      Hi Anthony, We are very sorry that you haven't been satisfied with your service. We do have a $1,000 24-hour spending limit on our debit cards to combat high dollar fraudulent purchases, but our card department is able to temporarily increase the limit to an agreed upon amount with notice. We completely understand that this policy may be frustrating, but it has been a saving grace for many Members when it comes to fraud. - Rebecca
