      Since moving to Texas in 2015 I have bought, sold and recently completed the buying process for a new house again. For all three transactions I have worked with Hiroko Wada from Ebby Halliday Plano. She is definitely THE realtor that you want at your side. She is extraordinary and does an outstanding job at representing your best interest either as a buyer or seller. She is very knowledgeable in all the locations I have looked for real estate. Knowing my preferences she even suggested an area I had not considered. I decided to buy in this area and I think I am more happy here than I would have been in the area I was previously focusing on. Having decided to build, she was helpful in every step of the process. She is always going above and beyond and getting the best deal for you. If you are looking for a realtor then Hiroko Wada is who you want to work with!

      I would avoid them at all cost. Not professional, will not help clients. I had my house listed with them for a while and they could not get us a proper contract. They were playing double sides (buyer and seller). I found out that the buyer's agent was in the same office, no wonder I couldn't get a proper offer on one "potential" contract I had on table. We hired someone else and were under contract within a month.
