  Rented through Ebby with Cherrell Lewis as our property manager at 1601 W Bond St. Denison, TX. Signed a two year lease and not even six months in we experienced abuse from one of our roommates and when informed Lewis about it we were shrugged to the side. Time goes on and it gets worse and he then becomes physically violent, we were then told to get a police report but due to covid weren't able to get it fixed properly. Said roommate then trashed our property and was abusive to the point no one could be in the common rooms of the house. One roommate and her husband had to conform their bedroom into a mini house with fridge and microwave because they could not go into the kitchen without being verbally harassed. We told them on many occasions about what was going on and they told us "nothing can be done". Then the property began falling about because it is severely out of code. The apartment stairs fell out from under me just walking, called and were told we would need to find somewhere to stay while they were being fixed. A very nice man came out to fix them and added two extra steps because the old stairs were so out of code it was like going up a steep hill just to get home. He then added grip tape because we had it on the old stairs to help with traction. Not even a year later the stairs were already collapsing before we moved out. When we were inspected for two roommates to move out we explained that one roommate had taken over control of the house and ruined everything(including burning up the stove range and destroying backyard with a fire pit and burning the tree above it causing them to cut it all down). Also we weren't informed the main house was a former meth lab nor that some old methhead died in the apartment, found all this out from neighbors and tiny holes in the walls just plastered and painted over.

  I have a house listed and the showing agent showed up a good 20 minutes early, just came on in with her clients while I and my 2 little dogs were still there. I was in a house dress, not looking good from several hours of cleaning and straightening (2 dogs are like 2 2yr olds) and could not get the dogs to follow me to the garage to get in the car and leave. I have been a realtor and what she did is a NO NO!!! The entire showing was blown. Gee, thanks.
