      Because of miscommunication between seller agent and buyer agent I lost $1300 in inspection and appraisal fees, almost lose earnest deposit as well. This agents mislead me in the process. It felt like they only helped the seller since the appraisal was released without my permission and i paid for it.

      First off we had great service! A younger guy about early mid twenties and longer hair was our waiter. Super attentive to the table, best service we had in a long time. Excellent memory didn't write anything down and remembered it ALL! And the food was good, a VERY enjoyable family dinner
