I unfortunately have to agree with the bad reviews here for the realtors who manage the rental properties. We rushed in to sign a lease with the intent to move into a rental home right away and were given the keys. The house was filthy when we got there. The realtor openly admitted she had not done the walk through she was supposed to do. Then we ended up having the clean the stairs ourselves, as they were not cleaned when we got there (dog hair everywhere). The realtor had the audacity to ask for pictures because she has worked with the cleaners for 9 years. My whole family is allergic to dogs - when all I had to do was sit on the stairs to get hives - I don’t need to send pictures to let you know they weren’t cleaned. Had a walkthrough been done after the second time it was supposed to be cleaned, I suspect she would have been able to see for herself but alas a walkthrough was never done. I would highly recommend looking for a realtor elsewhere.
