      I had a great experience doing my taxes with ebenezer I used to pay taxes back for many years and they help me to get my credits and a good refund this year !

      Extremely bad service. I had a problem with my taxes from 2020 because their mistake and I've been going there for 4 weeks in a row for a solution and they never solve anything for me. Every week they tell me that they will call me and I have never received a single call. They always say that the person in charge is not there or is in a meeting or that they will call me and they never solve anything. Next month I will have another penalty from the IRS and they still haven't fixed anything. I do not recommend that you guys do your taxes in this place.

      Hello Mr. Gallego i personally took care your case unfortunately we can’t rush the state or federal department, they always they have certain time to resolve any case. it’s very important to address any notice or letter as soon as you received to your Tax preparer specially when asking for any proof because If we don’t respond at their requesting time they converts any refund to a debt and charges you interests. Then is a hazard to resolve the issues. We were trying to help you the most since day 1 we could, unfortunately the information you provided to us did not match with what they have in their system .
