      I have been banking with ECU for a little over 5 years, and I must say, that from the very first day that I opened an account with them, I have had NOTHING but pleasant experiences. Michele, Joanne, and many of the other WONDERFUL ladies that work there are absolutely amazing to deal with. I have had several circumstances where I've needed assistance, and all of these ladies, without hesitation would go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am proud and honored to be a member of this community and family oriented establishment. Thanks for ALL you do!

      I like that this credit union does limited services for my credit union. It is much closer than my credit union, and the employees here are always fast and courteous.

      The worst bank in the United States, I had a small delay of 14 days without doing payment on my car loan... and they come to my house and towed the car at 1:00 a.m. The next day in the morning I called them and they treated me very bad, they have a very bad customer service..
