  We can't recommend Ed Gosselin nearly enough. We purchased from out of state and it was invaluable to have a local mortgage broker on the case who could walk us through some of the nuances. From pre-approval through closing Ed was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and personally called us to walk through a few curveballs throughout the process. We always felt like we had somebody in our corner. I'd purchase through him again in a heartbeat and would happily recommend him to my fellow NYers who are thinking about making a similar purchase.
