      I am so happy to say we’ve officially been in our home for 2 years now! I’ll never forget we celebrated the first week in our home by having a small pool party for our kids. The housing market in 2019 was still very competitive back then and I am so happy that Eddie and his team helped us find our home. He gave me the greatest advice to wait it out after many of the homes we put offers in were taken and I was ready to settle for less. I honestly think that if it weren’t for Eddie we wouldn’t have closed on our beautiful home in Avondale.       Eddie was amazing throughout the home buying process. He explained everything (sometimes twice) and absolutely walked us through each step of the way. I would recommend him and his team of professionals again and again, and have already sent my daughter to him. Thank you for being there for us, always being professional, knowledgeable and patient.
