  I inquired about getting two documents notarized. It seems the girl at the desk didn’t know the answer. I wanted to know if I needed original documents to obtain a notary. The loan officers or the people at the desks were incredibly rude. She wanted to know what I needed notarized and why. Is this part of how you treat customers? The teller I dealt with told me I could qualify for some summer loan. When I sat down it’s like the guy at the desk just assumed I had bad credit. Incredibly nice tellers… first time dealing with persons at the desk, and both were incredibly rude.

  I never had a problem with in person client service but someone just hung up on me after explaining my concerns.
