This is the most bizarre experience I have had from a title company. I was supposed to have a closing today for a piece of land I was selling and they just stopped responding to emails and calls roughly three weeks ago. No response at all, no estimated closing statement etc. Very weird and would definitely not recommend as their communication was nonexistent. Courtney Hoyer was the assigned closer but they also never responded to a VM left at the general number. I have never used Edgewater in the past (only at buyer's request did I do so this time) and they did not even respond to the buyer either. Very odd and extremely disappointed.
