      We (sellers) almost didn't close on time because of these guys. Claimed there was a title issue and got the buyer's agent all riled-up. Then they refused to close at the eleventh-hour. Our small-town title company explained, every possible way, that there was no issue, which ultimately turned out to be the truth. A classic case of big shot, big city title "experts" and attorneys acting like the small-town firm was a bunch of dumb rubes. Who's the rube? Too big for their britches. Avoid.

      I guess we didn't really get a choice on this location/company, but the offices are nice and the people were really friendly. They also have parking, which is definitely not a given in highland park
