  They are a decent bank for the Glasgow, Edmonton, Tompkinsville area. I do have a few issues with them on my checking account debit card. They some times jump the gun in the fraud department, especially on subscribe and save orders through Amazon. I have to call for international orders and get my card opened to allow my to place the order. They will let orders at Wal-Mart and other places to be pending for days. If you have an issue on the weekend or after 5pm, you have no help. They are super nice most the time, but the drive through at the main office need a customer service training in niceness. I have been really close over the last year of switching banks and may do so this year if I find a decent one in the Glasgow area.

We do our best to protect customers’ debit cards from fraud whenever possible. Debit card charges that remaining in a pending status for an extended time are due to how and when the merchant processes the transaction. Unfortunately, this is not within the bank’s control.   They don't stay open till 5 I was just there its 4:18 ,not good customer respect, must have something better to do
