      I’ve been with education credit union for years but I’ve never had to deal with this particular branch. I had to pick up a debit card on Saturday and the lady that helped me didn’t even bother to check my D.L. and gave me someone else’s debit card. I was left with no funds all weekend and when I go to talk to them on Monday all they had to say was that we’re all humans and make mistakes. And tried to make things better by giving me a $10 gift card. What a joke!

      Worse service ever by Valerie on the chat line. I am over this bank and the service the give and the things they do to your bank account without notification nor allowing you to see it is rude. I will wait till my transaction re-processes then i will be closing both my checking and savings account and you can shove your $22.00 because you will need it.
