  My experience with Education Credit Union has been amazing! I started banking with them a few months ago, and I am always happy with my service. The tellers are always friendly, and they just helped me with my auto loan! When applying for my loan, they answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and made everything easy. Thank you, ECU!

  Have been very pleased with this Banking institution. Until now. Have never felt more disrespected and made to feel so low as a person. Yes my credit score is low and we r trying to get a mortgage loan. No matter what I say or try to do or suggest it is not good enough. I am in the metal recycling business and am told that my inventory is not a asset and cannot be considered a asset. It is the asset for my business to make money. I have turned in tax papers bank statements with direct deposit on them from a large steel mill we sell our metal to. Stillhas to prove how I got the money and where from right down to the truck load.they gave us a pre approval but it isn't worth spit. It is on contingent of my assets which they won't except and then I have to deposit my money from it and leave it in the bank for 90 or 120 days then it will be a verifiable asset. Doesn't make sense. I realize there are Fannie Mae and Freddie mac guide lines but the way they treat you is your money isn't hood enough unless u fit a business or criteria that suits there mortgage manager personal guide lines. She us very smug condescending and lack of willingness to help. She even asked us to put 40 % down and we said yes but my companies assets doesn't pass her personal guide lined. I offered to bring a description defined invoice a copy of the check I receivefor it and a copy of tge deposit slip for the bank and still told that won't work. So feel as nothing will work. Just frustrated

  I used to use this bank and loved it. Now that my brother is using them they are still beyond helpful. Tori Walters was extremely kind and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Thank you Tori!
