Takes forever to get service. Lost my debit card and had to wait over 20 minutes just to get a new one printed. The bank on 45th has you in and out less than 5 minutes. This one has you sit down and wait for some to help you while the front desk stares in space. When right before I sat down the ladies were just amongst theirs selves, then made a couple of calls, then called you in their office. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not be going back to this bank.
