      Great customer service! I have a good experience every time I visit this branch.

      Not enough tellers to serve the members. Waited in line for an hour and a half to cash a check. Only 2 tellers when there are 30 to 40 members waiting in line in the heat outside.

      The bank staff on site re very friendlyand helpful but the phone service by eecu is awful ..need to train some call representatives on how to not be rude ...if you dont like your job find another one...dont take it out on me
