      Been going to Ed for several years and he has always been very professional, accurate and accommodating. This past tax year I accidentally/wrongly came in A WEEK earlier than my scheduled tax appointment...I apologized and said I would leave and come back on my correct appointment date. Ed said go ahead and sit down and get it done right now and he did! Thanks!

      Ed is extremely rude and unprofessional. He is very impatient with his customers and unpleasant to talk to. I am taking my business elsewhere and will make sure he is never recommended to anyone I know.

      The gentleman called several times today. Asked about a question I went over with him when I worked on his return and explained to him earlier. Told him to call me after April 18th as I was busy with getting tax returns out for clients.
