      I have been calling all day for some I fo on a property I just paid off. First I spoke to Katia was hung up on no call back, I'm sure they have my number on file. Left a message, no call back. Called back a few hours later spoke to someone else, again a hang up no call back. Finally came all the way over to the McAllen office, been here 30 minutes waiting for who knows who to give me an answer on the property. This is NOT professionalism.
