It's a decent bank, I honestly don't deal with them because the account I was eligible for has a monthly fee & I don't use the account. I just keep enough in the account to keep it open. I would've preferred the Rewards Checking account. But the biggest issue I have is, these Tellers addressing me by first name as if I'm their friend. I feel or thought Tellers were to address you by last name and to also put a Mr, Miss, Ms, or Mrs in front of it. I don't like that! I almost not answered whomever the teller was, when I was in the lane. Customer Service & respect in different professions sure has changed.
