      Never had a problem with EFCU! Every time I call the main branch, my local branch, or even walk in they always take the time to listen to all my questions and needs. They never rush me off the phone or out the door. So far it has been a really great experience. Also, their Rewards Checking is going to be the best checking account you're going to find! Love EFCU!

      The rudest, most uneducated phone representatives in the business. If you enjoy being hung up on and being talked to in the most condescending manner by a customer service rep then call these folks. Be sure to ask for Asia or what ever the 400 lbs chick hiding behind the phone that sounded like she was eating buffalo wings name is. If you are in to that, this is the place!! If you want to be respected and treated like a person, I'd suggest Neighbors FCU. Or any other financial institution really....actually, after that experience I'd recommend a payday loan place or loan shark. You'll at least get treated better. The rates probably won't be much higher either.

      The don’t do helocs on primary residence 2-4 unit multifamily properties for their members even though they are federally backed loans. Makes no sense at all.
