      I love my credit union & all the employees. I have been a member since 2015. There is no problem too big or too small. They are always there no matter what!!

      Although I’ve never had problems with EFCU (Zachary branch), I do think the bank as a whole need to update/upgrade. It’s a inconvenience for me to come to the bank every month to pay my car note bc of how I work, and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one 😌. Therefore the upgrades need to be able to pay online and/or phone pay with a debit card EXCLUDING that $15 fee! That’s ridiculous. Im aware of the BillMatrix, check or money order for free of charge but it’s 2022 ; using debit/credit cards is wayyyy more simple.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Arrived a few minutes prior to close in the rain and the lobby door had been locked with customers still inside. At 5pm exactly the representative opened the door and stated they were closed. I tried explaining how in need of the companies service and was denied while the other clerks continued to pack up. I’ve never felt more ashamed of this bank ever and I’ve been with them for years. Don’t go to the Scenic location.
