  Have had an account account for years stop In at this location about 3 times a month have always had great service a little busy right when they open usually a line but fantastic bank. Beats boa by a long shot.

  So my wife and I went in the credit union on Friday at 230pm to get a few things done to my wife’s account. I was fully expecting to be told and come back Monday - however the first of two issues was taken care of in minutes by a young lady. She was very professional and helpful. She then got us in to see someone about a loan. At this point we saw Mellisa about a loan. Mellisa was one of the most helpful people I have encountered since moving back to this area. She was amazing in fact, helping us fill our loan application out and getting an answer on Friday about 4pm. I walked into the credit union feeling like I was going to see the dentist about a root canal - I walked out smiling thinking those were two of the most helpful people I have encountered in quite some time. My apologies Mellisa if I misspelled your name and my apologies to the first young lady that helped us for not remembering her name. I was a little shocked at what I read on here. My experience was 100% opposite and completely positive. My reviews are usually all bad but I was actually very taken back by encountering such helpful professional people. Post-Covid customer service has been bad almost everywhere, except my experience here at EFCU was amazing.

  Poor customer service. I've made several complaints about their Bill Payer Service and was basically told, "not our problem" as they are contracted out. Really? You hired them!
