If their was an option to give zero stars I would have. I understand polices and procedures very but trying to open an account with Eglin federal credit union in Destin has been the worst experience. At this point I am left to claim racisms. I tried 3time with the bank and all three occasion were different excuse. The most recent excuse was my id and after fixing the issue they told me I have to get fix, I still haven't been able to get the account open. After talking to others persons i realize I was among the minority to the account open at this branch. I believe that is not good enough.
