      I've worked with Stephanie on a recent project, she was very thorough and transparent. I just want to say out of the years I've been investing in properties she has made the process easier than previous deals. She let's me know up front if she was able to do the deal or not. A lot of brokers tend to shop deals around but she kept me in the loop and placed me with a lender she felt would be best.

      It took me 6 months but I'm finally writing a review. This will be my 2nd deal with the company. Our first deal went great and the closing process was normal like other loans. I was able to receive the funds in a reasonable amount of time. The employees were great do deal with. Stephanie, thank you for your hard work.

      This company was referred to me from a friend. This is my 1st deal and Stephanie showed me the ropes. She was informative and professional. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go through with the deal. I need to get a few things in place on my end to get started. When I gather all the documents I will be heading right back to 8th St Capital.
